My heart is broken for the Paquette family.
Gloria was a very special lady.
She loved life to the fullest.
My cherished moments were when we Mike
Paquette and I were fishing with Gloria and Don in lake Nosbon. south of North Bay.
We would pull up our boat next to them and talk about the "one who got away"
She had the most beautiful eyes. Her smiles and laughter and especially her loving soul will never be forgotten.
RIP Gloria. Spread your wings and dance like no one is watching. I love you

This is how I will always remember my cousin Gloria. Her gorgeous hair, her contagious smile, her undying love for all her family and her absolute loyalty. I miss you and will always love you.

Memories of my cousin Gloria began when I was a young child, mirroring the early experiences that my sister, Pat, described in her tribute. Gloria and Don would visit often with Rick, Cheryl and Chris in tow, cementing lasting relationships between our families. My memories of those days are filled with laughter, sharing toys (sometimes without my knowledge) and making irreplaceable memories. Those years went by too quickly. We all went our separate ways but I was very happy and very fortunate to be able to catch up with Gloria and Don at their 60th anniversary celebrations. The feelings of warmth and family were renewed and will be remembered.
To Don, Rick, Cheryl and Chris please know that I wish for you peace and serenity as you each travel your personal journeys of grief and loss. May God bless you, and look down on you, and may you always remember the good times.

My memories as a young child of 6 of Gloria, my dearest cousin, go back to when she and Don were married in Tecumseh at St. Ann's church. As I got a bit older, Gloria became my older sister, my hero and my personal fashion coordinator. I remember the many Sunday visits when she a Don and their growing family, Rick, Cheryl and Chris would come over for supper. They were full of laughs, long talks and of course those huge bags of incredibly stylish clothes she always brought for me. Those special days will always be treasured. Through the years it became obvious to me how she and my mom had a special bond and the love and respect they had for each other was certainly a strong influence in my life.
Gloria was always available to me to talk to, to listen, and to give amazingly spot on advice. That, I already miss.
To the family, Bob and I want to send our love, our heartfelt condolences and our prayers that the long process of healing will find each of you at your own time, in your own way, and with open arms.
Pat (Beaulieu) and Bob Pell

My heart is broken for all of us❗️Gloria has been in our lives for 30 years. She has been my best friend, my confidant, my person to run to in times of need❗️We have had so many laughs together……cried and shared our worries with each other❗️She was always there to offer advice when I asked her for it and her advice was always spot on❗️
I was very fortunate to have a visit with her on Friday and got to feed her a bit of food as she had no appetite, brushed her hair, hold her hand and then we said a couple of prayers together.
Gloria, you have given me memories that will last me my lifetime and I will think of them often❗️❗️May God hold you in the palms of his hands until we meet again…..I will forever thank you and love you…RIP we will help keep an eye on Don
