Obituary of Robert "Bob" Pontich

It is with great sadness the family announce his passing. Robert passed away peacefully on Thursday December 7th, 2023 at the age of 81 with his family at his side. Beloved husband of Jean for 57 years. Cherished father of Christa and David. Robert was the proud grandfather of Techez and Halima. Dear brother of the late Michael, Stella and Jean. He will also be missed by extended family and friends. Robert valued his family above all else. He had a passion for classic cars and always went above and beyond to provide for his loved ones. The family are very grateful to the staff from the Palliative Care Unit at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital who ensure his final days were spent in peace with dignity. As per Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
