Obituary of France Nicole Cotton

Beloved grandmother, sister, and friend France Cotton passed away peacefully on September 15, 2022 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She is survived by her two daughters, Catherine and Chantal, her 4 grandchildren, Caroline, Oliver, Collin and Chloe, her sister Nicole and her children, Patrick and Amelie. France was born on February 10, 1940 in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. She moved to Montreal in the 1950s. There, she studied nursing and raised her family. She moved to Windsor in the mid-2000s to be closer to her children. There, she made many new friends notably the Rice family. France was beautiful inside and out. She enjoyed going out and volunteering with her friend Jackie. “Live Day by Day” was her motto. France was an inspiration and will be greatly missed. The family expresses sincere thanks for all the condolences. They also thank Health Services for Erie St-Clair and Amica for loving and giving staff. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor Symphony Orchestra would be appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place.
