Ida posted a condolence

Hello, I'm Marton’s eldest daughter Ida. My father came from Hungary to this country all alone in 1956 at 18 years of age, and made a life and family for himself.
He worked hard at many jobs. He picked tobacco, worked on farms and eventually became a drywall installer.
My father loved soccer and nature. He especially enjoyed to cook, garden, fish and hunt. He made the best pizza in the world.
He also loved to cut the grass, have a beer and listen to his music, especially his favourite, Roy Orbison. He recently told me this was one of his fond memories.
My mom took excellent care of him during his battle with cancer. She was always by his side. They loved each other so very much.
I just pray his soul is at peace and his suffering is over and he’s with God now.
I cherish the memories I have with my papa and know he is smiling down on all of us.
