Velichka, Jeff Peacefully at home on August 2, 2016 at 62 years of age. Beloved son of Albina and the late Sam. Loving brother of Dwight. Cherished uncle of Kasondra and Jarred. Brother-in-law to Shelley. Will be sadly missed by dear friend Sharon. Jeff was retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years of service. Cremation was held.
