Obituary of William Bruce Curry

William Bruce Oscar Curry, known as “Curls”. Was born on September 21, 1951, in Windsor. He passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026. 

Bill leaves behind his two daughters, Ashley Curry and Christine Sarluis, as well as his sister Shannon Gray and brother-in-law Robert Gray.

Bill was welcomed into heaven by his parents Bruce and Pearl Curry and his older sister Dana Lynn Curry.

Bill was an exceptional golfer and loved the game. He greatly excelled at it for many years alongside his good friend Dr. Denis Page (Doc). He was a professional musician in his early years, following in his father’s footsteps.

His last wishes are fulfilled by his very close friend Jim Pegg who assisted Bill considerably, in his last years. He was also greatly assisted by Cathy Short, Steven Cox, Gloria Newby and Jim’s wife Kristine.

There will be no funeral service, but a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
