My heart goes out to you, Kyra and Rick. Sending our love and prayers.
I am so fortunate to have known by Twyla. She always greeted me with a great big smile and hug. She would pat her seat, for me to sit with her, or take my arm to walk with me. I used to love to hear her stories. Twyla truly loved Kyra with her whole being. It was so beautiful to see. She was so sweet. My favourite was how randomly she'd reach over and pat my arm. Such a loving gesture. So Twyla. Not something many people do anymore. I will miss that. Love you always Twyla, until we meet again. xo

There are really no words to express the way I am feeling right now.
Twyla always made you feel like you were family whether you were meeting her for the very first time or have been around for 40+ years.
You will be missed so very much. At least you are free from pain now.
You may be gone from our sight, but will never be gone from our hearts and memories.

I was so sorry to hear about mom I am still shocked that she passed, I miss our talks we had I knew how close she was to her brother's, we spoke of them often, so many memories just wish we had more time together, but you are with all of them now

Had I gotten my mom to open her eyes, I think this one would be an all time favorite! She could not stop laughing though and it was because of Herman behind us making funny comments!

Just wanted to add a few favorite pics here. I love this one of her and her oldest brother Peter. They were the first two in the family and I know she had such a difficult time when he passed away. I hope they are still catching up on everything!

Such a great picture of you and mom. This is how I remember her, full of life and love for you.
I will miss her smiling, laughing hugs. Her love of life, and more recently, her quiet moments. Twyla will be missed greatly by those of us who knew her, and loved her.

My mom, my rock, my best friend. I am so broken that I don't have words to even describe this kind of pain. Never in my wildest nightmares did I EVER imagine you would leave this earth in the manner that you did. I can only pray you heard me and felt me right there beside you. That is my only saving grace...that we were right there with you, and that now you are no longer in the daily pain you suffered with for decades.
