Basic professional Fee
Arrangement consultation with licensed funeral director, which may include but is not limited to coordination and scheduling of details for cremation, administration, and drafting of newspaper notices.
Completion and filing of all necessary documents pertaining to rendering the services and supplies requested, including, but not limited to death registration, burial permit, coroner’s certificate for cremation and/or out of Province transfer of remains.
Initial Transport of Remains
Staff use of vehicle and related equipment from hospital to crematory at the convenience of the Cremation Society (within 30km).(Additional charges from home or long-term care facility.)
Direct Cremation Total
Cremation fee, coroners warrant, cremation casket/urn, municipal registration fees, certificate of death, newspaper notice and HST not included.
